BBB Investigation of the Month
HRC Medical Center, Inc.

BBB Scrutinizes St. Louis Park
Hormone Replacement Clinic
In August of 2011, after seeing multiple television ads for HRC Medical Center, Inc. - a St. Louis Park clinic offering bio-identical hormone replacement therapy - BBB "secret shopped" the company to investigate their claims and intake process. Based on the experience of their secret shopper, problems customers have reported at the company's headquarters location and advertising claims which the company has thus far failed to substantiate, the BBB is advising consumers, males and females both, to be aware of potential risks involved with this therapy.

Snow or not... the BBB is ready for baseball!
Happy New Year! It's hard to think about baseball with the cold and snow, but warmer days are coming and Spring Training is just a few weeks away. This year, we are pleased to partner again with the Minnesota Twins and offer Accredited Businesses like yours a great opportunity to co-brand your business with the BBB during the 2012 Twins season.
Tune In! The BBB on TV
As part of our Centennial Celebration, we partnered with Twin Cities Public Television to create, "Decoding the Truth and Trust in Advertising," a 30-minute educational documentary. This piece focuses on the business of advertising, highlights the BBB's local "roots" as well as our continuing movement to build marketplace trust between businesses and consumers. The production will premiere on TPT's Minnesota Channel on Sunday, January 22 at 8 p.m. For future air dates visit TPT's broadcast schedule and to learn more about upcoming Centennial events and programs visit BBBis100.org.
